WHAT25th Santa Barbara International Film Festival Opening Night Film: Flying Lessons
The Opening Night of the 25th Santa Barbara International Film Festival,   Flying Lessons is Derek Magyar's directorial debut.  The film was shot locally in the Santa Ynez Valley. With her life at a crossroads, 25 year old Sophie Conway (Maggie Grace) returns home to the small town she always wanted to forget, facing the friends and lovers she left behind.
