Steve “Woz” Wozinak gave a brilliantly interesting lecture about his life growing up in the then to be Silicon Valley. Computer nerds rejoiced as he told humorous and enriching stories about going to school as an engineer, working at Hewlett Packard, and starting Apple Computer with buddy, Steven Jobs. Woz elaborated in detail about his regular challenges with himself to learn whatever was necessary to conceptualize, design and create the first personal computer. After the talk, he signed copies of his new book, iWoz and generously made himself available for photos. Some enthusiastic followers waited in line for more than an hour to have a brief exchange with Woz while he provided an autograph.
